New Paradigm Healing

Edaucate yourself series Pt5

For physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance.

Amazing, mindblowing new discoveries reshaping science today. Revolutionary ideas creating new pathways in physics, mathematics and biology.

Based on this new evidence I propose to take a fresh look at medicine and start to re-define our main concepts and principles.

Redifining healing

"You are an energy being not a machine."

When we talk about healing it is obvious to ask Who or What is getting healed? The mainstream medicine looks at the individual as a machine made of matter so in term of healing we are talking about repairing the machine which is the physical body. But the new science tells us this might not be so.

When we look at the body we only see a physical body but actually you are made up of energy, vibrating at various frequency levels. Your thoughts and emotions are also just energy vibrating at a specific frequency.

Now we can all agree that we have a physical body, we have thoughts, beliefs and emotions and also sometimes we have transcendental experiences that leave us in awe. We know now that everything is made up of energy and most energy frequencies are not visible to the naked eye. But just try to image these 'other' energetic bodies that are deeply connected to your physical body. For the sake of simplicity we say that you have four major bodies.

Who are you?

The different aspects of the self - Your Energy bodies

  • The Physical Body

The most obvious and visible is the physical body. To maintain a physically healthy body we need proper fuel (clean nutrition), hydtraion, oxigenation and rest. If any of this are lacking, the body will be overstimulated or depleted and go into imbalance, disharmony.

  • The emotional body

You have an energetic body that holds, stores your emotions. To maintain harmony in this body we need a balanced, loving heart and free expression of our emotions. If we reject to feel, deny or supress any emotion (anger, resentment, guilt, fear, shame etc.) these stuck emotions create enegetic blockages in the emotional body and cause imbalance, disharmony.

  • The Mental Body

You have an energetic body that holds, stores your thoughts, beliefs, ideas and values. To maintain harmony in this body we need a balanced (non-attached, meditative) mind and an ability for self-reflection and self-correction. When we hold onto ideas that are causing fear and separation, we create energetic blockages in the mental body that leads to self-destructive behaviour. Again this will lead to imbalance and disharmony.

  • The Spiritual Body

Acient texts and spiritual scriptures already told us a long time ago that we are one. But modern science just caught up recetly with undeniable evidence that the same energy flows through us all and connects us to the sourse of all creation. You have a spiritual body or soul. When in balance the soul recognizes this connection and you yourself as a spiritual identity.

When a trauma happens to the individual the soul can 'break, fragment' and this can cause an imbalace, disharmony in the spiritual body.

Illness - Imbalance of the Whole

Following the same line of thought we know from mainstream medicine that illness is a problem in the physical body that the doctors can or cannot fix, depending on the disease.

But again new information proves that illness is a disharmony, an imbalance of the human system, a misalignment of the whole entity (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual entity) that affects all aspects, all levels beacuse everything is connected.

Healing - Restoring balance

Healing based on the old dogma is mainly fixing the symptom in the physical body. We can see how successful that is.

But in the new paragim healing is restoring balance in the whole system, in the whole being. I like how that sounds, restoring the balance.

You are the healer

The healer is the doctor in mainstream medicine, you have no or very little power over your healing. According to the new paradigm science the healer is the patient. The healer is you. The 'doctor' only facilitates, guides and supports the healing process that encompasses all aspects and levels. The 'doctor' in this process empowers the patient to activate his or her own innate healing power from within. Your healing is in your hands.

Your healing - your responsibility

This leads us to take responsibility for your own healing. Take responsibility of the state of your body, mind, emotions and spirituality. And to know that your are One with all creation and you have the power to change your energy, and ultimately your life, your reality.

It also leads us to the responsibility of the 'doctor' (the person who facillitates healing) beacuse his/her intentions, beliefs and feelings naturally will affect and influence the healing process. We are all connected through the same energy and we are constantly interacting with each other.

The Medical Industry is based on outdated science

While the modern medical industry and big pharma is thriving, we as collective humanity are more sick than ever.

Cancer, diabetes, obesity, stress, depression, anxiety, heart disease, autism you name it. We are physically sick, mentally ill, emotionally numb and totally desconnected and lost.

Our body is degraded to a machine and we seem to be powerless over it.

Maybe the whole medical industry is stuck in the past and based on an old, outdated paradigm?

Even the mainstream medical society acknowledges that the current model does not work we we desperately need a change of perspective.

Western Journal of Medicine

Why the disease-based model of medicine fails our patients

Disease has become the focus of the technologic and market-driven medical system while illness and the socio-cultural aspects of medicine have blurred into the background. Yet, the healing tools and instruments of science are blunt and ineffective when used blindly in ignorance of the meaning and context of a patient's illness. We need to foster attitudes, values, and communication skills that focus on illness, not just disease, to prepare ourselves for the challenges ahead.”

“The next frontier in medicine is energy medicine"

(Dr Oz on the Oprah show)

Medicine is based on science. And science is changing. There are new discoveries, new understanings, new technology. Thus medicine also should evolve and utilize the benefits of this new science for the good of all.

“We need to change the way we think to heal.”
