The visible, tangible aspect of The Multidimensional Self

Recognising the new evidence in science and acknowledging the energy nature of all things lead us to define the human being in a different way. Looking from this new perspective the human being has four major aspect that we need to consider in terms of health and well being.


  1. Physical Body

  2. Emotional Body (heart or soul)

  3. Mental Body (mind)

  4. Spiritual Body (spirit)


The next 4 short posts will focus on each of these aspects and discuss how to achieve balance and harmony in all. However please keep in mind that everything is connected and these four bodies are interdependent and interacting with each other all the time. Still there are some guidelines that point us into the direction of how to achieve perfect health and balance.

This aspect of you is the most obvious and can be perceived with your 5 senses. To have a healthy body is crucial to live a balanced life. If your body is sick or in pain, your quality of Life will be significantly lower that means that you cannot enjoy your Life to the fullest. In the following there are some guiding principles to consider to achieve and maintain perfect health.

1. OXYGEN - The breath of Life


Proper oxygenation of the human body is outmost important. The human body requires a very precise and specific balance of oxygen in the blood. When blood oxygen level drops below 80 percent, organ functions are already compromised.

You can go without food or even water for days, but without oxygen, your body will die in just a few minutes.


We can all agree that proper breathing is important. Therefore Oxygen is the primary catalyst for energy and physical health.

Dr. Otto Warburg, 1931 Nobel prize winner, discovered a close connection between oxygen and cancer. His studies showed that the primary cause of cancer is directly related to oxygen-deprived cells.

Breathe fresh air!

Go outside, go out to nature and breathe fresh air. Open your windows and let fresh air into your house, car, life.

Cultivate breathing practices!


There are many form of breathing practices, such as Qi Gong, shamanic breathing, holotrop breathing, Pranayama, Kundalini yoga, diving or simply playing the didgeridoo just to name a few. To incorporate a short, few minutes breathing practice into your everyday life will help you to slow down and deepen your breath therefore allowing more oxygen into your body.


Just after a few days practice you will feel a rise in your energy level and at the same time you will be more calm and relaxed.


2. WATER - Hydration for balance


"Dehydration is one of the most overlooked and basic causes of disease." (Dr Sircus)


More than half of the human body is water.

We can live for a few months without food but will last only about 10 days without water. Next to air (oxygen) is the most important nutrient of our body.


Most of the adult population is dehydrated.

Dehydration can cause fatigue, pain, speeds up aging, makes your body acidic thus more prone to any disease and increases your chance for cancer by 50%.


Therefore drinking plenty of clean water is outmost important.

The first sign of dehydration is the darkening of the urine. The color of urine in a dehydrated person will be dark yellow to orange. The more hydrated we are the lighter the color of our urine.

Keep a Water Bottle

Keep a water bottle with you at all times, this will help you to drink more water and make it a daily habit.

Drink clean, untreated, filtered water and avoid fluoride. Best option is natural spring water.


3. EXERCISE - Moving the Body


Regular exercise greatly supports the body in the assimilation of nutrients and the elimination of toxins.

In the long run we have to eliminate the source of stress from our lives to return to complete balance.

  2. Beauty products and cleaning products full of chemicals

  3. Electromagnetic radiation

  4. Air pollution
